1. Clear Engine
Remove spark plug , pull pullstart several times or turn engine over with electric start.
( This will blow excess fuel from cylinder and crankcase.)
This is also the best time to check spark

2. Dry and replace plug and turn choke off

3. Try to start engine

4. If engine will not start start over

If engine will not start after several attempts you may have other problems.
Set carburetor
Replace carburetor
