Engine will not turn off
Do not remove a key switch or kill button while engine is running

To kill engine pull choke lever up.
This problem is caused by a short in key switch circuit
The key switch or kill button circuit grounds the coil
Check key switch continuity at all connections
Find and repair disconnects between the coil and switch.
Replace key switch if necessary.


Note: Do not become part of this grounding circuit.
Coil ground wire carries thousands of volts, this voltage can kill.
