Check Fuel System
Fuel mixed properly?
Turn fuel valve to on position if applicable
Pump primer bulb or view fuel filter for visual check of fuel delivery to carburetor
NO FUEL  <<< Look for restriction in tank or line , vacuum in tank, non submersed fuel line, low fuel level in tank
Check carburetor setting
Clean filter
