Check Air
Clean air filter, check for proper installation.
Check carburetor for proper installation , loose fit tighten screws
Over tightening carburetor screws will damage intake
If carburetor is loose after tightning check intake fit
Check carburetor and intake gaskets for leaks.
Make sure engine is exhausting
